Booking and Payment You can book your delivery on our website or by contacting us. You will need to provide us with the following information: Your name, email address, phone number, and billing address; The recipient’s name, email address, phone number, and delivery address; The details of the Shipment, such as the weight, size, type, and value of the goods or packages; The type of Service and the delivery time and date that you prefer; Any special instructions or requests that you may have. We will confirm your booking by sending you an email or a text message with a tracking number or a reference code. You can use this number to track the status and location of your Shipment on our website or by contacting us. You will need to pay for the Service at the time of booking or before the delivery. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or other methods that we accept. The price of the Service will depend on various factors, such as the weight, size, and destination of the Shipment, the type and speed of the Service, and the level of insurance and tracking. Delivery We will deliver your Shipment to the recipient’s address that you provided us. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your Shipment within the time and date that you specified, but we do not guarantee that we will do so. Delivery times and dates are estimates only and may vary depending on various factors, such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery, unless they are caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We will obtain a signature or a proof of delivery from the recipient or a person authorized by the recipient, unless you waive this requirement when you book your delivery. If the recipient or a person authorized by the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we may leave the Shipment at a safe place, with a neighbor, or at a nearby location, or we may attempt to deliver the Shipment at a later time or date, or we may return the Shipment to you. You are responsible for ensuring that the Shipment is properly packed, labeled, and addressed, and that it complies with all the applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of the origin, transit, and destination countries. We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure in delivery of the Shipment, unless they are caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. In any event, our liability is limited to the lesser of: The actual value of the Shipment or the part of the Shipment that is lost, damaged, delayed, or failed to be delivered; The amount of insurance or declared value that you purchased or declared for the Shipment; The amount of damages that you can prove that you suffered as a result of the loss, damage, delay, or failure in delivery of the Shipment. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, such as loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure in delivery of the Shipment that is caused by or results from: Your negligence, fault, or breach of these Terms; The nature, quality, or condition of the Shipment or its packaging; The acts or omissions of the recipient or a person authorized by the recipient; The acts or omissions of any third party, such as our service providers, business partners, or subcontractors, or any other carrier, courier, or delivery company; The acts or omissions of any authority, such as customs, immigration, or security; Any force majeure event, such as war, terrorism, strike, riot, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster. You agree to waive any claims against us and release us from any liability for any loss, damage, delay, or failure in delivery of the Shipment, unless you notify us in writing within 30 days of the date of delivery or the date of expected delivery, and file a formal claim with us within 90 days of the same date, providing us with all the relevant information and evidence to support your claim. We will investigate your claim and respond to you within a reasonable time. If we accept your claim, we will pay you the amount of our liability, as determined by us, in full and final settlement of your claim. If we reject your claim, or if you are not satisfied with our response, you may pursue any legal remedies that you may have, subject to these Terms. Insurance and Declared Value We provide a basic level of insurance or declared value for the Shipment, up to a maximum of $50 per Shipment, regardless of the type or value of the goods or packages. This amount is included in the price of the Service and represents our maximum liability for the Shipment, unless you purchase or declare additional insurance or declared value. You can purchase or declare additional insurance or declared value for the Shipment, up to a maximum of $1,000 per Shipment, by paying an extra fee when you book your delivery. The fee will depend on the amount of insurance or declared value that you purchase or declare. However, some types of goods or packages, such as jewelry, may have a lower limit of insurance or declared value. You cannot purchase or declare insurance or declared value for any goods or packages that are prohibited, restricted, or require special handling by law, regulation, or our policy. If you purchase or declare additional insurance or declared value for the Shipment, you must provide us with a proof of the value of the goods or packages, such as an invoice, a receipt, or an appraisal. You must also ensure that the goods or packages are properly packed, labeled, and addressed, and that they comply with all the applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of the origin, transit, and destination countries. If the Shipment is lost, damaged, delayed, or failed to be delivered, and you have purchased or declared additional insurance or declared value for the Shipment, we will pay you the amount of our liability, as determined by us, based on the actual value of the Shipment or the part of the Shipment that is lost, damaged, delayed, or failed to be delivered, or the amount of insurance or declared value that you purchased or declared for the Shipment, whichever is lower, subject to these Terms. Changes and Cancellations You can change or cancel your booking, at any time, before the delivery, by contacting us. However, you may have to pay a fee or a penalty for doing so, depending on the type and status of the Service and the Shipment. We will inform you of the fee or penalty before you confirm your change or cancellation.
